Habitat for Humanity, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and NFL Alumni are just some of the names that Kindful boasts as customers.
The Kindful team is dedicated to making a difference, and even though they don’t boast the number of users that other donor management systems have, the quality of the users speaks for itself.
Kindful has a motto that most anyone can get behind: Do more good. To help make this dream a reality, they’ve employed a staff of tech geniuses as well as those with nonprofit experience to ensure that their platform utilizes the latest technology that’s designed to help you grow.
How Kindful Helps Nonprofits of All Sizes
Donor Lifecycle Analytics – This new feature puts all the metrics you need for decision making front and center in an easy to view dashboard. The dashboard doesn’t just look pretty, either. You’ll get actionable insights that can help you increase revenue and improve donor retention.
Advanced Integrations – Kindful integrates with a lot of systems, both in the donor space and outside of it. For example, compatible email platforms include Mailchimp and Constant Contact. Kindful is also a top choice among Quickbooks users. As a result of these integrations, some customers report savings of 30 hours a week in data entry!
Zapier Connected Apps – Kindful also integrates with Zapier, so you can automate thousands of workflows and applications, including Survey Monkey, Wufoo form builder, HubSpot, and Unbounce landing pages.
Transparent Pricing – As you grow, Kindful scales with you. This system allows you to start off with a low monthly fee. The more constituents you have in your database, the higher your fees. Prices start at $100 a month for up to 1,000 contacts. However, there’s no limit to the number of users you can add. Whether you’re a team of one or one thousand, your licensing fee won’t change.
Robust Features – Kindful can accomplish just about everything you need. The tool has a full suite of fundraising tools at your disposal to help you get the money you need. There’s also donor management functionality and advanced communications and tracking to keep you organized and growing.
The Bottom Line
Naturally, this Kindful CRM review is a subjective opinion, but overall, we think that Kindful is a well-designed, intuitive CRM solution that seamlessly works in the nonprofit space. I think Kindful is a great product overall, but it’s not as intuitive as some of the other donor management software systems we’ve reviewed.
